“It’s been my experience that you can nearly always enjoy things if you make up your mind firmly that you will.” – L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables
We are in a blurry mood today. I’ve got some chest thing that’s locking me up tight, and Pete is home with some gut thing that’s loosening him up, and we’re all kinds of please-don’t-look-at-us-too-closely. It’s a good day for puttering, which is what I am doing.
My brother and I were supposed to launch my new site this weekend, but we ran into some design issues that sent us back to the drawing board. Which gives me more time to prepare and choose the images for my site. And since I accidentally started my blog redesign on the blog itself (instead of taking it to a test blog), I’m gonna let it stand for now and simply tweak it later to coordinate with the finished site.
In the meantime – I’ve enabled PINNING on my images here, at the bottom of the post! I know. I know. It’s too much, isn’t it?
August hasn’t been what I expected, but I’m okay with that. I’m working on focusing my photography a bit more, taking pictures I like, and trying not to think too hard about the fact that it is almost noon on a Monday and I haven’t really accomplished very much. Hey. It’s a cloudy day, and I’m a sick human. At least I’m in a good mood…
I am working my fine art work back into my new site (I really can’t wait to show you!!!), and I’ve decided that I’m going to offer copies of some of my fine art photos when I post them here at my blog. I’ll offer either a print or a license to use the digital image – since I know there are a few of my readers who would love to have some of my work.
For now, I’m going to enable an email link for the images I am making available. Just tell me how you’d like your image – print and size: 5×5 or 8×8, or a full-size digital image.

Blerg! Hope you feel better soon. I’m wondering if it’s the strange August weather, because my chest has been locked up the last two weeks too. I love, love, love anything LM Montgomery, but you knew that already. Hoping that the design stuff goes well in the end. :)
Praying you and hubby feel better soon.
Kelly, even on a blurry day you shine beautiful. I love the way you are always changing the furniture around over here. It inspires me so much (but I’m still scared to touch my beautiful Wellspring design done by an amazing artist). I love to just come over here and hope some of your creativity will rub off :)
How could I pass up this title? I echo Laura: your blur shines. I ♥ you!
